Hosting, maintenance and other plans renew monthly, quarterly or yearly. A saved card keeps them paid without you having to do anything.
Save a card for renewals
- When paying an invoice, turn on Use this card for renewals.
- That's it: future renewals are charged to the card on the renewal date.
Manage saved cards, add a new one or remove an old one under Invoices & payments in Nexcified Client.
Renewal reminders
Before each renewal, we email you with the amount and date:

|---|---|
| Yearly | 14 days before |
| Quarterly | 7 days before |
| Monthly | 3 days before |
The reminder tells you whether your saved card will be charged automatically, or whether you need to pay.
Keep a backup card
If you keep two cards saved, a failed charge on one is retried on the other automatically.
Tip: When your card is replaced or expires, add the new one straight away so renewals don't fail.
