From your first message to a launched product, every project follows the same clear steps. You always know what happens next, and nothing is charged until you agree to it.
1. Tell us what you need
Send a request from Get started on our website or from New request in Nexcified Client. Describe what you want to achieve in your own words. Links to examples you like help a lot. Asking costs nothing.
2. Discovery
A specialist replies within one working day. We may book a short call to understand your goals, audience and timeline.
3. Proposal
You receive a proposal with the scope, timeline and price. Review it online, ask questions, then accept or decline. Nothing starts until you accept.
4. Deposit and kick-off
Most projects start with a deposit, paid securely at pay.nexcified.co in naira or dollars. We then set up your project in Nexcified Client with milestones and dates.
5. Build, review and approve
You follow progress in Projects. When a milestone is ready, you review it and either approve it or ask for changes.
6. Launch and care
We launch, hand over everything you own (files, logins, domains) and, if you choose, keep your site hosted, monitored and maintained.
