Invite colleagues to Nexcified Client so they can follow projects, manage hosting or pay invoices, each with their own sign-in.
Invite someone
- Open Account settings › Team access and select Invite.
- Enter their name and work email, and choose a role.
- They get an email and sign in with their own address. There's no shared password.
Roles
| Role | Can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including inviting and removing people |
| Billing | Invoices, payments, cards and receipts |
| Technical | Hosting, website, projects and support |
| Viewer | See everything, change nothing |
Remove access
Select the person in Team access and remove them. They're signed out straight away. Do this as soon as someone leaves your company.
