Create business email accounts

Professional email on your own domain, such as hello@yourcompany.com, is included with every hosting plan.

Create a mailbox#

1. In Nexcified Client, open Hosting › Email.
2. Select New mailbox.
3. Enter the address (for example hello) and choose the domain.
4. Set a strong password. Use Generate for one, and save it in a password manager.
5. Choose the mailbox size, then select Create.

Change a password or delete a mailbox#

Select the mailbox in Hosting › Email. You can change the password or select Delete mailbox. Deleting removes all of its mail permanently.

Forwarders#

A forwarder sends copies of incoming mail to another address, without a mailbox. For example, forward sales@ to two colleagues. Add them under Hosting › Email › Forwarders.
