01Our commitment
We aim for nexcified.co, Nexcified Client and Nexcified Pay to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the internationally recognised standard for accessible websites. We build accessibility in from the start of design and development, both for our own products and for the work we deliver to clients.
02What we do
Our websites and apps are designed so that you can:
- navigate with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator, and use the "Skip to main content" link at the top of each page to jump past the menu;
- use them with screen readers and other assistive technology, through semantic HTML, page landmarks, labelled form fields, descriptive links and text alternatives for meaningful images (decorative illustrations are hidden from screen readers);
- zoom text up to 200% and use the site on small screens without content being cut off or needing to scroll sideways;
- read text with sufficient colour contrast, and understand information that doesn't rely on colour alone;
- avoid unnecessary motion: animations are reduced or turned off when your device's "reduce motion" setting is on, and moving content such as scrolling logos pauses when you hover over it;
- complete forms with clear labels, hints and error messages, with time-outs only where security requires them;
- sign in without passwords to remember, using one-time email codes.
03How we test
So far we have checked accessibility with:
- automated layout checks of every page at desktop, tablet and mobile sizes, to make sure content reflows without being cut off or needing sideways scrolling;
- design reviews of colour, text size, focus indicators and touch target sizes during development.
Next, we plan to test key journeys (contacting us, booking a call, signing in and paying an invoice) using a keyboard only and with screen readers such as VoiceOver and NVDA, and to commission an independent audit. We will publish the results here.
This statement is based on our own assessment, last carried out in October 2026.
04Known limitations
We know some parts may not yet be fully accessible:
- Security checks on forms: some forms use a Cloudflare Turnstile check to stop spam. It is designed to be accessible and usually needs no interaction, but if it doesn't work for you, please email us instead.
- Third-party content: payment pages hosted by our payment providers, and embedded content from other services, follow those providers' accessibility standards, which we don't control.
- Older documents: some PDF documents, such as older contracts and invoices, may not be fully accessible. We can provide them in another format on request.
- Product illustrations: the animated product illustrations on our website are decorative and are hidden from screen readers; the same information is in the page text.
We are working to fix issues as we find them.
05Compatibility
Our websites are designed to work with the current and previous versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile, and with common assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, speech recognition software and keyboard alternatives.
06Other formats and help
If you need information from our website in a different format, such as large print, plain text or an accessible PDF, or you need help completing a form or a payment, contact us and we will help:
- Email: info@nexcified.co
- Live chat: the "Chat with us" button at the bottom of every page, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00 West Africa Time)
07Feedback
If you find something on our website or apps that you can't use, or think we could do better, please tell us. Include the page address and a short description of the problem, and the device, browser and assistive technology you use if you can.
Email info@nexcified.co with "Accessibility" in the subject. We aim to reply within 5 working days and to fix problems as quickly as we can.
08Accessibility in the work we do for clients
We design and build websites, apps and software for clients to WCAG 2.2 AA by default, and we can carry out accessibility reviews of existing websites. Ask us about it when you start a project.
